We are pleased to announce a seminar by Professor Mohamad Firas Al-Hinnawi, Full Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Damascus University, currently visiting Sapienza University of Rome through the Erasmus+ teaching mobility program.
Professor Al-Hinnawi received his Ph.D. in Bioengineering Instrumentation from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow (UK) and has extensive academic and consulting experience in medical instrumentation, hospital design, and biomedical innovation. He has served as Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and as Vice President for Scientific Research and Postgraduate Studies at Damascus University.
During his talk, Professor Al-Hinnawi will present insights and proposals for strengthening international research collaboration in the field of Biomedical Engineering, with a particular focus on partnerships between Sapienza University and the Arab International University.
