Abstract
Science is the best place to stay: your work is driven by curiosity, there is a high circulation of ideas, brilliant brains and high potential, almost with no limits. And if you are lucky and find novelties you can publish to share them and gain reputation needed for your career. But research outputs are not only important for the scientific community: they can raise the interest of industries, services and Institutions and can benefit the entire Society (i.e. the tax payers who fund it).The results can grow as patents, copyrights, new technologies and companies and public awareness and engagement. The wide variety of counterparts involved need different approaches, lot of attention and care. This seminar will reveal you attitudes that you still have to discover and provide you with soft skills which can bring you to be active in the new revolution. Because science is the first source of innovation and you can be first actors of it.
