 13\, 2013 a 12.00 Abstract:I present an application of cooperative game th
 eory to microarray technique. The idea is to use a  game with transferable
  utility in order to model the mutual influence of abnormally expressed ge
 nes of people affected by a genetic disease. In order to do this\, semival
 ues are used to rank genes\; since using one of them need not to be meanin
 gful\, a new family is defined. Also an algorithm is considered to calcula
 te them in weighted majority games . Then I consider some real data obtain
 ed via microarray (and available on the web) and I make comparisons of the
  obtained results and those present in the literature.
